We do not start with software. We start with your process.
Get it right on paper, then let the system run it. This is the sequence every Moon AI ERP engagement follows.
Find the repetitive work
We sit with the people who actually do the job and write down what they repeat — the same figure keyed twice, the same check every cycle, the same question every week. Wherever a human is being used as a copier or a lookup table, that is a candidate.
Fix the process before automating it
We remove duplicate steps and slow checks, standardise how records get captured, and agree one source of truth. Automating a messy process just gives you a faster mess — so the workflow is straightened on paper, with your sign-off, before a line of code is written.
Let the system do the work
The rules become the system: rates, terms, due dates, approval routing. Computed the same way every time, with an audit trail behind every figure.
Put AI where it actually helps
Only after the rules are right. Reading documents, drafting messages, spotting exceptions, answering questions — the four jobs where it does measurable work.
Phased, not big-bang
Phase 1 goes live and earns its keep while the next phase is built. You see working software early rather than waiting six months in silence.
Eight stages, each one signed off
Nothing starts until the scope and price are in writing, and nothing goes live until it has been reconciled against your current method figure by figure.

Support, fixes and changes
We run the new system in parallel with your current method and reconcile every figure before you rely on it. Phase 1 takes at least two months, and longer as scope grows.
The care plan
The build is only half of it. A system nobody maintains quietly rots, so every engagement runs on a care plan from the day you go live — not the day you sign.
| Included every month | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Hosting & infrastructure | Cloud hosting, daily backups, uptime monitoring and security patching. Your data stays in your own hosting |
| Maintenance | Bug fixes on delivered features at no charge, and no argument about whose fault it is |
| Support ticketing | Raise problems on the system and track the response — not lost in an ad-hoc chat |
| Configuration changes | Rates, terms, price tiers, approval rules and users, changed as your business changes |
| Platform updates | Improvements to the shared core reach you too — you benefit from other clients' builds |
How it is priced: quoted alongside your build and scaled to the size of the system — typically 15–20% of build value per year. New features beyond the delivered scope, and any third-party costs such as AI usage, are quoted or passed through at cost, so you are never billed by surprise.
What we will tell you up front
Every vendor lists their strengths. These are the things that will actually cost you time or money if nobody says them first.
| The honest bit | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| This takes phases | Anyone quoting a full ERP live in a few weeks is quoting something else. We deliver phase 1 fast, then extend. |
| Discovery is real work | We need time with the people doing the job. The undocumented exceptions are what make or break the build. |
| Integration depends on the other system | We confirm your software's API before committing to a scope. If it has not got one, we say so and price the file-based route instead. |
| We will not build payroll | EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and a statutory change every year. Mature products already do it cheaply. We integrate to yours. |
| Your team has to come with us | We run in parallel and train properly — but a system nobody adopts helps nobody. We plan for that from day one. |
Implement AI into your business today
Tell us which part of the month hurts most — the slow quotes, the commission run, the stock, the month-end scramble — and we will tell you straight whether we can fix it, what it takes, and what it is worth. No obligation, and no charge for the conversation.
